My Fall Favorites | Shoe Guide

Hey y'all... I wanted to share some of my Fall Favorites...particularly a shoe guide to the best fall shoes. There are so many new trends this year that I am extremely excited about! There are a few boots that are making a fashion comeback and I have had a ton of questions of how to style them. Im going to highlight some of my go to shoes for the season and how I try to look fabulous while wearing them!

#1 Sock Booties

I'm absolutely LOVING the sock bootie trend. I think the bootie is a total slimming leg look, which I love. Its just a great way to change up your style from your traditional short booties

Target has the perfect bootie for only $37.99 ... They come in 2 colors; black & grey! You can pair them with your favorite skirt, wide legged jeans, or dress. I have even seen them look super cute by rolling up your jeans and wearing them with a skinny jean.

Here is another sock bootie option from DSW...they are soooo comfortable. They come in black, taupe, and BURGUNDY! I feel like the burgundy would be gorgeous with any ultimate fall outfit.

These white booties go with everything. I know it seems a little crazy that a white paten leather boot is back in style, but this is the ultimate trend this season. You can pair it with literally everything. You can't style these wrong. They are such a great way to give your style a little chic & trendy look.

#2 Mules

Ok, I am totally all about the mules. Wearing mules is like adding some flare to your usual boring ballet slipper flat. They are sophisticated, stylish and so darn cute! Adding a mule to any casual outfit can be your statement piece.

There are SOOO many mules I am obsessing over right now, but here is a few of my favorites....

I am dying over the color of these and you guys....the BOW! You're probably asking yourself....is it too much? NO! Be confident and rock these darn cuties. I love them so much. Seriously you could pair this with anything to add that extra touch. Be bold. Be different. Be confident! You can shop these at Target!

These are the ultimate perfect dupe for the Steve Maddens and half the price! These are ONLY $22.99 at Target ....I actually own these and I have been pairing them with everything. I have worn them with a little black cotton dress to make it a little more dressy. I have also paired them with my favorite pair of jeans that have fringe on the bottom...which is a totally casual and hip looking jean, but the mules just added that classic statement piece I needed to polish my look.

Im totally blushing over these BLUSH mules...these could go with everything. They are so trendy and the perfect color. With the square apron toe and the rounding side...they are extremely feminine. Perfect to add some jazz to any outfit.

Ladies.....I DIE over these shoes. I REALLY want the black pair, but they don't have them in my size currently! These are sooo beautiful. You can pair these with any work pant, jeans, dress, skirt....I mean the list goes on! The v-cut dip in the front makes them so feminine and just pretty. I don't know what else to say...just BUY these immediately...at Target.

#3 Over-the-Knee Boots

We have always had OTK boots around as a trend, but the ones that are in for this season are killing it!

These bad boys come in black, navy and grey.... I was a little nervous to rock these, but I am so glad I took a chance on them. They slim your legs so much, which is always a plus and they make you look like a rock star. I love to wear these with a pair of skinny jeans and a chunky sweater. I think the best way to wear them is to layer your outfit. You want chunky pieces to make it look classy. Also, you could style it with a cute cotton dress with an oversized jean jacket.

#4 Ankle Booties

Here is another trend that we all know in love. But, I am loving the split sides in the ankle booties lately.

The split topline on these ankle booties gives it such a flare. You could pair this easily with a really good cotton dress with an oversized chunky cardigan. Obviously they are perfect with jeans... they could go under a boot cut jean or wear the usual skinny jean.

#5 Open Toe Booties

Open toe booties are a fabulous transition piece from summer to fall. You still have your pedicures on your toes from summer and you should show those toes off before you tuck them away for the winter.

These booties are from DSW and they are Lucky Brand. I love the casual stacked heel. Also, the suede touch on the top is the extra touch that makes these perfect. These come in a black, tan, and GREEN. I think the green would be gorgeous with all skin tones and would really make a statement to your fall outfit.

If anyone knows me...they know I am OBSESSED with some fringe. I just think it is so swanky and fun...I cannot get enough of it. These open toe booties combine all my favorites into one with the fringe and open toe.

Well, I hope this inspired you to get out and shop some of these trendy looks for fall. I love dressing for fall so much because the layering, the stripes, the elbow pads, the booties, pumpkin....ahh just everything about it. That is ONE thing I miss about Missouri is the leaves falling and changing colors. If you live in an area that has that true fall weather...enjoy it and dress in all the fun things that are fall.
